friendly staff great facilities delicious food street noise motion sensor sliding door
the staff WERE super friendly. the hotel facilities were great. food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable.
street noise continued all night. automatic motion sensor mood lighting below bed kept turning on and off all night and disturbed sleep. sliding bathroom door did not close properly.

Absolutely Loved It!

friendly staff nice touch free chocolate
I got a great breakfast! Staff was very friendly. Nina served me dinner one evening. She was very attentive and helpful. The water and sweet stations were a very nice touch. There was a free chocolate bar in the room upon arrival. I was amazed by the £15 daily contribution to food as well.
I was a little disappointed giving the price I paid. There was no water on my floor in the water machine. The room was cold when we arrived. The shower was not what I thought it would be given the pictures and showers beer sell.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Disappointments

cold room climate control
The staff was helpful, this I will acknowledge.
The room's temperature was too cold on arrival, this bothered me. I expect better climate control when paying so much. Plus, they were out of water on my floor. I had to go downstairs.

the room was quirky and had lots of drinks in the mini bar. friendly staff took our bags to our room while we had our welcome drinks. it met my basic expectations.
when i asked about this, i was told i would have to pay extra for this and it wasn't included, a letdown. very overpriced, it was not worth the money
